Return Policy
You can return an item if:
- The product is not genuine or original, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
- You receive a physically damaged product after opening the package. An unboxing video is mandatory for this claim.
- The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong product delivered).
- You change your mind or ordered by mistake. (The product must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for return. Opened products cannot be returned).
Shipping Costs for Returns: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
