Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all locations across Bangladesh using trusted courier partners. All orders are shipped directly from our Dhaka warehouse.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 12 to 24 hours
  • Outside Dhaka: 48 to 72 hours

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, flash sales, or weather disruptions.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: Nominal courier charge (shown at checkout)
  • Outside Dhaka: Courier fee based on weight and location

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Any orders received after business hours are processed the next day.

5. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/email. You can also track your order here.
