1. Overview

At CMF BANGLADESH, we offer official warranty support for all eligible products from CMF and Nothing brands. Warranty coverage is either 3 months or 6 months, depending on the product.

2. Warranty Duration

  • 3-Month Warranty: Accessories, cables, small gadgets, and basic electronics.
  • 6-Month Warranty: Smartwatches, earbuds, neckbands, and premium electronic items.

The specific warranty duration is always mentioned on the product page and invoice.

3. What’s Covered?

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects under normal use:

  • Battery issues
  • Charging or power failure
  • Speaker/microphone issues
  • Software or firmware-related faults

4. What’s NOT Covered?

  • Physical damage, cracks, or dents
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage due to misuse or accident
  • Lost or stolen products

5. Claim Process

To claim warranty, follow these steps:

  • Contact us via phone or social media within the warranty period
  • Send the product to our service center or drop-off point
  • Allow 7–14 business days for evaluation and replacement/repair

6. Required Documents

  • Original Invoice (soft/hard copy)
  • Order confirmation or ID
  • Customer name & contact details

7. Brand Policies

All products follow the warranty policies set by their respective manufacturers. CMF and Nothing brand devices are covered under their official terms. In some cases, customers may be referred to authorized service centers.
